Happy, healthy, empowered individuals and families are the foundation of a strong society. Programs and research in the Margaret Ritchie School of 家庭 and 消费者科学 help others live their best life.
FCS提供 undergraduate 项目 在服装, textiles and design, 儿童发展, early childhood education, family and consumer sciences, food and nutrition, 人类发展 and family studies, nutritional sciences and FCS teacher education. In addition, students can choose to augment their education with minors in four areas. FCS students are awarded endowed scholarships that total nearly half a million dollars each year.
FCS also offers master’s degrees in family and consumer sciences 和营养学. Students in these 项目 work with professors who actively conduct research on a variety of topics and customize their 项目 based on research interests.
The range of expertise among FCS faculty provides students with a diverse experience.
